World Cup 2026 Fan Zone Terms & Conditions

1. All England World Cup screenings at The Cutter Fan Zone are advance booking only. No walk-in guests will be admitted on the day.

2. Bookings can only be made by telephone through The Cutter Inn.
3. A ticket is required for every guest attending.
4. Ticket prices may vary throughout the tournament, with pricing subject to the stage of the competition and the fixture being shown. Current ticket prices will always be confirmed at the time of booking.
5. Where applicable, ticket value is redeemable against food purchases from the designated World Cup Food Truck during the event. Ticket value cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred or redeemed against drinks.
6. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by The Cutter Inn.
7. Seating is allocated by The Cutter Inn and cannot be guaranteed in specific locations. We will always endeavour to seat groups together where possible.
8. Guests are requested to arrive in good time before kick-off. Late arrival may result in delays to seating.
9. The Cutter Fan Zone is designed to be a family-friendly environment. Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow customers, staff and other guests at all times.
10. Abusive, aggressive, discriminatory or offensive language and behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the venue without refund.
11. Guests are asked to respect our neighbours when arriving at and leaving the venue. Please keep noise to a reasonable level and leave the area quietly following the event.
12. The management team reserves the right to refuse entry to any person and to remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive or unsafe.
13. The management team operates a Challenge 25 policy. Valid photographic identification may be required when purchasing alcohol.
14. Alcohol will not be served to anyone who appears intoxicated. Management reserves the right to refuse service at any time.
15. Guests must not bring their own food or drink into the venue unless expressly permitted by management.
16. Bags, coats and personal belongings remain the responsibility of the guest. The Cutter Inn accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
17. The event will proceed in most weather conditions. Guests are advised to dress appropriately for outdoor viewing.
18. In the event of adverse weather, operational issues, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our control, The Cutter Inn reserves the right to alter, postpone or cancel the event.
19. By attending the event, guests consent to photography and videography which may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.
20. Entry to the event constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

21. The Cutter Inn reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary.
